Why People Come Back

A Lot of Our Work Comes From People Who Already Know Us

In 35+ years, All-Tex has served over 20,000 customers in Texas. A lot of them hired us again later, and a lot more called because a neighbor, a coworker or a family member told them to.

That second call is the one we care about. Anybody can win a first job. Getting invited back, or hearing your name passed along at a backyard barbecue, is a verdict on the work itself.

So the process doesn’t change from house to house. Somebody comes out for free and prices the job. The number is agreed before anyone starts. The materials are the name brands we said they’d be. One project manager answers the phone. None of that is clever. It just has to happen every single time.

What You Get Every Time

The Four Things That Make or Break a Job

Client feedback almost always comes back to the same handful of things. These are the four we control on every project. Under them are our Google reviews.

What Goes On Your House

Major name brand products, with no swap to something cheaper once the crew is on site. On siding that means James Hardie fiber cement, and we’re one of the highest volume Hardie plank installers in the nation in removal and replacement.

How the Work Gets Done

Trained crews running the same sequence on every project. We’d rather spend an extra day on a detail than hand back something that looks rushed from the curb.

Who You Talk To

One project manager for your whole job. You get a person who knows your job, not a call center, and you hear about a change before you spot it yourself.

What It Costs

The visit is free and commits you to nothing. You hear the price before the work starts, and there’s financing if paying for it all at once doesn’t suit you.

Before You Hire Anyone

How to Read Contractor Reviews Without Getting Fooled

Reviews are the best tool a homeowner has and the easiest one to misread. Four things worth checking on any company you call, this one included. When you are ready, the towns we cover are listed on our service areas page.

Start with the recent ones

A company can coast for years on old praise. Read the last twelve months first, because that’s the crew, the office and the schedule you would actually be hiring today.

Read the middle of the pile

Five star reviews tell you a job went smoothly. The three and four star ones tell you what a company does when something goes wrong, and that’s the part worth knowing before you sign anything.

See who replied

A business that answers its reviews, the rough ones included, is still paying attention. Silence under a complaint often turns into silence on the phone later.

Go look at real work

Reviews are a starting point, not proof. Ask any contractor what they finished near you lately, then drive past it in daylight. After 35+ years around Houston we can usually name something close to your street.

Questions People Ask

Questions About Our Reviews and References

Where do these reviews come from?

Google. Customers post them on our Google Business Profile, and this page shows them in the words they used. A long review is trimmed to fit the card, so read the full one on Google if you want every line.

Can I speak to a past customer?

Ask us when we come out. After 35+ years across Houston and the surrounding areas there’s usually a finished project near you, and homeowners here are rarely shy about telling you how it went.

Are you insured?

Yes. All-Tex is fully insured on every project and BBB A+ Accredited. Both of those are things you can check for yourself instead of taking our word for it.

What happens at a free consultation?

Someone comes out, looks over the project with you, answers your questions and puts a real price in front of you. There’s no charge for it, and you’re under no obligation.

How long has All-Tex been doing this?

For 35+ years, all of it exterior work in the Houston area. Over 20,000 customers in Texas in that time, and the same family still runs the company.

Do you work in my part of Houston?

Probably. Our crews run across Houston and the surrounding areas, out through Spring, The Woodlands, Katy, Kingwood, Sugar Land and the towns in between. Call and we’ll tell you straight if your address falls outside the range.
