Layout and Materials
We plan the frame layout, the door and the screen coverage around the way you come and go from the yard. Then the aluminum is cut and fabricated for your openings.
Install and Walkthrough
Our crew sets the frames, fits the screen, hangs the door and cleans up. Then we show you everything, the door included, before we call it finished.
Most screen enclosures go up quickly once the layout is approved and the materials are on site.

What is a patio screen enclosure?
It’s a screened room built around your patio. Aluminum frames hold fiberglass mesh in place, so the air and the view come through and the bugs don’t.
What are the frames and screens made of?
We fabricate aluminum frames and attach fiberglass screen mesh between them. Both hold up well, resist corrosion, and need very little from you once they’re in.
What does the screen actually keep out?
Insects, leaves and blowing yard debris. Sweeping the patio stops being a weekly chore, and you can leave cushions and a table out without them getting buried.
Does it cut the sun and the glare?
Yes. The mesh takes the edge off the direct sun and softens the glare while fresh air still moves through the space. Houston summers run long, and that makes a real difference.
Can you screen the patio I already have?
Usually yes. If there’s already a roof over the slab we frame and screen the open sides. If there’s no cover, we can build that first and screen it in.
Is a screened patio really extra living space?
It behaves like one. You get a private, well ventilated spot to eat, relax and have people over, and that usable square footage shows up in what your home is worth.
Do I need a permit to screen in my patio?
Often yes, and the answer changes depending on where you live. We look up the rules for your address and pull the permit before the crew starts, so that part never lands on you.

How long does a screen enclosure take to build?
Once the layout is approved and the aluminum is fabricated, the install moves fast. Your project manager gives you the dates up front and checks in while the crew works.
Do I need HOA approval for a screen enclosure?
A lot of Houston area neighborhoods want sign off before you change the back of the house. Ask your HOA early. We’ll hand you the drawings and the details they need to see.
How much upkeep does a screened patio need?
Very little. Aluminum resists corrosion and the mesh rinses off with a hose. Clear leaves off the frame now and then, and take a look at the screen after a big storm.
