Before You Call
When can I reach someone?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Send the form any time. Anything that arrives after hours gets picked up the next business morning.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We come out to your home, look at the project and give you a price, and none of it costs you anything. There’s no obligation to book, and no charge if you decide the timing is wrong.
Where is your office?
We are located in Spring, TX and work within the Houston and surrounding areas.
Which areas do you cover?
Houston and the surrounding areas, including Spring, The Woodlands, Katy, Kingwood and Sugar Land. Your town is most likely on the service areas page.
What should I have ready?
The service you’re after, your address, and a rough idea of size or scope. Photos help. We’ll still see everything for ourselves at the visit.
Can I email instead of calling?

Which services can I ask about?
All 12 of them, from patio covers and pergolas to siding, windows, roofing and home additions. If your project isn’t one of the choices on the form, pick Something Else and tell us about it in the description box.
Do you take on commercial work?
We do. Alongside our home projects we have served over 350 corporate clients around Houston. Tell us what the property needs when you get in touch and we’ll send the right people out.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are available. Bring it up at the consultation and we’ll walk you through what fits the project and the budget you have in mind.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s fine, and it’s most of what the visit is for. Describe the problem in plain words. Our team will lay out the options that make sense for your home and what each one involves.
