Comfort and Efficiency
New Windows Change How the House Feels
Tired windows show themselves fast in Houston. The room on the west wall bakes all afternoon, cooled air slips out around a poor fit, and the sash sticks every time you try to open it. Carpet and furniture fade in the rooms that catch the sun.
We replace those windows with double pane units built for this climate. Two panes of double strength glass, a multi chamber vinyl frame that doesn’t carry heat through, and a tight fit in the opening. The house holds its temperature, the street gets quieter, and every window opens and locks the way it should.
- Double pane energy efficient glass goes in every opening we replace
- Low-E coatings and argon fill are there to deal with Houston sun and Houston heat
- Stronger glass and better locks come as standard on every unit
- We fit major name brand products, and the quote costs you nothing

How It Works
Measure, Order, Install
Your windows are built to your openings, so the measurements have to be right before anything is ordered.

We go through the house, measure every opening, and look at which windows are costing you the most. You’ll get a price per opening, at no charge and with nothing owed.
Choose Your Windows
You pick the style, the grid pattern and the glass options from major name brand products. Then we order them built to your measurements.
Install and Walkthrough
Our crew pulls the old windows, sets the new ones square, seals them and cleans up. Then we open and lock each one with you before we leave.
Your rooms stay livable while we work, and your project manager gives you the dates once the windows arrive.

What It Costs
What Affects Your Window Price
Windows are priced per opening. The count, the sizes and the glass package decide most of the total.
How Many Windows
The count drives the total more than anything else. Starting with the worst rooms is a perfectly good plan.
Size and Shape
A tall front window costs more than a small bedroom opening, and odd shapes take extra work to fit.
Glass Options
Low-E coatings, argon gas and tempered glass where the code calls for it each change the price of the unit.
Grids and Finish Work
Grid patterns, frame color and the trim we put back around each opening all add to the base price.
We count and measure every opening at the free visit, then price it.

Common Questions
Window Questions, Answered Straight
How do I know my windows need replacing?
Look for rooms that heat up fast in the sun, cooled air leaking around the frame, sashes that stick or won’t lock, and chipped or flaking aluminum frames. Faded carpet and furniture are another sign.
What makes a window energy efficient?
Two panes of double strength glass with argon gas between them, a Low-E coating on the glass, and a multi chamber vinyl frame that doesn’t carry heat through. All three work together.
Will new windows quiet the house down?
Yes. Double pane glass cuts a lot of the road and yard noise that thin single pane glass lets straight through. Homeowners on a busy street notice it right away.
Do I have to replace every window?
No. Plenty of our customers start with the rooms that get the worst sun or the windows that no longer open. We price it either way at the consultation.
Are new windows safer for my family?
They help. Stronger glass and better locks make a home harder to get into, and we put tempered glass in the spots where the code requires it.
Can I match the look of my house?
Yes. There’s a full array of styles, grid patterns and glass options, so the new windows can look the same as the ones you have or give the front a cleaner, updated look.
FAQ
More Window Answers
How long does a window replacement take?
It depends on how many windows you’re doing. Once your order comes in, your project manager gives you the schedule and tells you when the crew will be there.
What happens to my old windows?
We pull them out, set the new units in the same openings, and haul the old windows off with the rest of the debris. The rooms get cleaned up before we finish for the day.
Is the in home estimate really free?
Yes. The visit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We measure every opening, go through the options with you, and leave the price in writing.
Do you offer financing on a window project?
Financing options are available. Bring it up at the consultation and we’ll walk you through what is on the table before you decide how many windows to do.
